Everyone we talked to was so sweet and helpful! Nicole even cleaned a piece of jewelry I was wearing for free while I was looking around the store! She also looked at it for me and noticed that one of the stones was a little loose - I’m so glad she caught that and I’ll be heading in soon to have her fix it! We went to multiple stores that day and Symmetry was absolutely the best experience.

I have made 2 purchases from Symmetry and I must say that they are second to none! Their customer service is phenomenal and personal. Every time my husband and I go, they remember our us and the pieces that we have. My diamond was loose after 15 years of wearing it. When my now husband and i first walked in, we were immediately greeted by nicole. She was super friendly and helpful without being overbearing - Sometimes i can feel pressured when i walk into a store, but i definitely didn't feel that way.
