Dr. Beard is truly the best! He makes sure you’re comfortable. He answers your concerns and even gives you tips on what exercises or movements would help you not re-injure yourself. Definitely recommend!!
Dr Beard is a miracle worker. Was having some pain in my lower back. I spend a lot of time driving and sitting for work and he determined it had some to do with my hips being out of alignment. Not only did he give me an incredible adjustment but also gave me exercises and stretches to do regularly to help avoid the issue in the future.
