I hear they're the best with subarus, and the only awd dyno on the east coast, but good luck getting a hold of them. Emailed multiple times to try and book a dyno tune for my built motor, no reply. Called multiple times, the only timed they answered, I was told to send an email. Multiple more emails, no reply. One star for not even replying to a single email.
Had a seized bearing, my regular years long mechanic just couldn't get it off. After being recommended a couple of places calling them and having those places giving me other recommendations I finally landed on symmetrical. They were able to quickly find a spot to pencil me in. Had the cow towed and within a few hours they called and were able to release it and put the new one in. Had a fantastic experience over the last week or so dealing with John at Symmetrical auto. These guys know their stuff and customer service is on point . All the employees here are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
Bad service
I came here to get my exhaust welded. I was initially given a verbal estimate of $140. However, when I came to pick up the car, I was surprised to receive a bill for $459, with no prior notice or approval for any additional work or charges. After I questioned the charges, the price was reduced to $308, and in the end, i didnt agree to pay, and they said I paid $159.
