This place changed my life. Great service and better staff!
Really unprofessional phone call interaction with the receptionist. I was called about an appointment I didn’t recall making, and I called back to address a voicemail where they mentioned my personal info and specific time for the appointment and the receptionist hung up after just saying “must’ve been a mistake” without even making sure it was properly canceled. I had to call again and spoke to someone else to get it canceled.
This health team is highly professional and compassionate. . I have been going there for 10 years and have had nothing but positive experiences and outcomes with physio, Chiro,needling and naturopath. There are also bilingual services. Danielle’s core values and strong leadership is apparent in all aspects of this business. I highly recommend for your physical health needs!
