We have purchased 2 vehicles from Symdon in the last year and couldn't be happier with the level of service we received. The staff at Symdon worked with our busy schedules from first contact all the way through delivery to make the transition as smooth as could be. The service team always has a clean, new loaner for us to take to work for the day when we leave our vehicles for maintenance, and are in constant contact with updates. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!
We have always had a great experience with the service team for years. We appreciate how easy it is to schedule service, and the free loaner cars. When we've had problems, the required fix was always explained to us and quotes have been accurate.
