Our 2017 Silverado broke down hauling our 5th wheel in southern Wisconsin on our way to our work camping job in South Dakota. 2 injectors went out. We called a handful of Chevy dealerships until we found one that could get us in asap. Symdon Chevrolet in Evansville, WI went above and beyond by letting us stay in their back lot. They even brought out an extension cord for us to hook up without us even asking and let us fill with a little water. Yet again bought another car from symdon. And yet again Jason Drees delivered another 10/10 experience. Makes things painless and in and out. Offers to bring us drinks and snacks. Really goes above the requirements. Ed took care of the financial paperwork and he was also a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood every tiny detail of our purchase.
