Jay Symcox is the property manager for 2300 S Lamar, where he has hired a company to sit in the lot and boot people's cars as soon as they step away. There are signs stating that towing is enforced for those that leave the property, but we did not realize that East Side King, which is literally attached to the parking lot, was considered "leaving the property." It cost $100 to remove for an honest mistake. It makes sense that property owners would boot illegally parked vehicles, but in this case it felt deliberately confusin... read more

Karma is not on your side. Apparently money is more important to you morality. You hired a company Bitlocks LLC that touts "make more money with your parking lot". As you can see by the reviews, the people getting booted are unsuspecting. They're not trying to get away with something. It's not like they parked there and walked off the lot for two hours. The signage is not clear where the property line ends and you count on this happening. You WANT people to be confused so your immoral scam can continue. Shame on your values ... read more

Awful predatory business that boots cars that have been there for thirty seconds or less, even delivery drivers. Unbelievable.

Do you make more money booting peoples cars or renting retail space? -This landlord is destroying the businesses that lease its property with its booting tactics. Avoid this place.

Symcox development boots cars of folks that simply step off the property! We watched as the hired 3rd party company RAN to boot peoples cars, including Uber eats drivers or others that were picking up food, within 30 seconds of drivers stepping off their property. Symcox is running a predatory practice & anyone with these values, you shouldn't do business with. FYI - the booting fee was $100 and the only way to fight it is court! Absolutely disgusting business
