First off I'd like to thank smbii for there Amazing health care and for there personal health care team. I have home healthcare and my nurse. practitioner is cody morgan. And my wound cares nurse Rya, And tiffany collins Physical therapy is Karl. The best team that i could have. They take there time to listen to their patience. And make sure that there Isn't anything or nothing else they can do for me or my family and if i need a nurse there just a phone call away to talk to. Like my Mental health issues.
