Im usually happy with how things go but this time I am not. I was asked if I wanted a meter and I said no I have a couple at home and even 1 linked to my phone. I was ignored and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy for lancets, meter and strips. These are added expenses I cant afford and dont understand why I was ignored
My concerns were addressed. My condition was discussed & options were presented. I was treated with respect.
Sylvia has a dedication to details that makes the work she does incredible. As a patient she always brings more insight to our appointments than I could ask for.
