I needed to get a medical determination from a dermatologist and Dr. Sylvia Hsu came highly recommended by my rheumatologist. Upon my visit to Temple Dermatology, I was first attended by a medical student. However, Dr. Hsu soon appeared and answered all my questions in a professional and respectful manner. She was able to identify my skin condition quickly and make the determination as requested. I was more than satisfied with the service I received and would most certainty return if the need arose.
IF YOU HAVE HIDRADENITIS SUPPURATIVA, DO NOT GO HERE. Honestly, nobody with any issues at all should go here. If I could give less than 1 star I would, I have never had a worse experience with a medical professional in my entire life. This office should be investigated and shut down. Recalling and reliving my whole experience with them from 2ish months ago is not something I’m in favor of doing, so all I will say is that my appointment resulted in me reporting them to the hospital administrator. Very disappointing experience. The doctor came in and left immediately, literally in seconds, without introducing herself. The appointment felt rushed, and I didn’t have a chance to ask any questions. She appeared disinterested and lacked courtesy and respect. Worst doctor ever. I do not recommend this doctor.
Stupid idiot dermatologists, this is the worst place on earth, they don’t return any calls and it’s a terrible place to go to get help, do not and i mean do not go to this place, they don’t return calls and they leave you hanging without medication
Worst doctor I have ever had. Kept prescribing me potent steroids without telling me anything about them. My symptoms would return worse once the steroids ended, and she and her students kept prescribing me more. Now I have topical steroid withdrawal and my skin/body is destroyed.
