IF YOU HAVE HIDRADENITIS SUPPURATIVA, DO NOT GO HERE. Honestly, nobody with any issues at all should go here. If I could give less than 1 star I would, I have never had a worse experience with a medical professional in my entire life. This office should be investigated and shut down. Very disappointing experience. The doctor came in and left immediately, literally in seconds, without introducing herself. The appointment felt rushed, and I didn’t have a chance to ask any questions. She appeared disinterested and lacked courtesy and respect. Worst doctor ever. I do not recommend this doctor.
Stupid idiot dermatologists, this is the worst place on earth, they don’t return any calls and it’s a terrible place to go to get help, do not and i mean do not go to this place, they don’t return calls and they leave you hanging without medication
Worst doctor I have ever had. Kept prescribing me potent steroids without telling me anything about them. My symptoms would return worse once the steroids ended, and she and her students kept prescribing me more. Now I have topical steroid withdrawal and my skin/body is destroyed.
Wonderful experience. Dr HSU immediately knew the right medication to prescribe for my rare skin condition. I was finally given relief after I was searching for over 3 years with other doctors. She is also readily available for video conference visits and email correspondence. (I live in Pittsburgh) I previously had seen 3 dermatologists in UPMC, and prescribed 5 different medications with no results.
