Sylvia is AMAZING. I was instantly comfortable with her from the first visit. She has been an invaluable resource for guiding me through the loss of my husband. She is a perfect combination between providing affirmation and challenging me with each visit and homework. I can say with certainty that I would not be managing my grief in a healthy way without her guiding light. My only regret is that I haven't been seeng her for years. I highly recommend her!
