Bad experience. My wife is pregnant and nervous about being our first child. All the time I did screening interviews with her to make sure she understood everything. We were not told anything and on the day of the consultation I was unable to enter. I understand the measures for Covid, but that should have been reported earlier. I lost a day's work to accompany my family and I couldn't do it. The entrance to the clinic is already being made one patient at a time, while we wait in the car for 1 hour. For.the sick right now: Huge delays. Not respecting appointments. Plus No care at all for those having to bring our ill family members for us to wait in a comfortable area. A couple plastic chairs out by the street and thats it. It's Miami.. in July. Its very uncomfortable. This pandemic is over an year old. At this point if they didn't even bothered in setting up something with more consideration for us bringing our sick loved ones, it's because they really don't care at all. They dont give a dime.
