My daughter had an appointment today for a CT scan. When they called us 30 minutes after the appointment time, the nurse pricked my daughter in both arms three times. One of those times, the vein burst. She called another nurse, and after they were finally able to do it, even though my daughter kept saying it hurt, they continued. Her arm swelled up a lot. They told her, "That's normal, it happens often." They also asked if this had happened to her before, and she said no because she'd never had problems at any of the other ... read more
Beyond expectations! Super friendly and diligent staff (valet, receptionist, check in, technicians). Everything was spot clean. I was seen on the dot at my appointment time. Super recommend!!!
Everyone was so kind and gentle. I enjoyed my MRI here. The staff was really helpful and informative.
Absolute WORST experience I have ever had getting an MRI. This building & it's occupants are a complete clown show. At no point in my appointment scheduling or reminders was I told about free parking or valet service. On 3 different occasions during my visit (lobby desk, department desk, nurse assistant), I was NOT advised to move my car from paid parking (3.50 / hour) to the free parking...
