Mi mam� hace un a�o y medio que asiste a este centro por un tratamiento de ri�on. Desde el valet parking, recepci�n , laboratorio, centro de im�genes, tratamiento, enfermeros, asistentes, el Dr Merchan y la Dra Carranza, son una gran equipo. Gracias a todos. Gracias a todos por su atenci�n.
It is supposed to be a state of the art building, but on the MRI floor there is no place for 2 patients to change clothes at the same time, they only build one changing room pero machine, so I had to change in the bathroom, as the person before me was still changing, and when I left the person coming in was also changing, sadly when you have mobility issues this is very inconvenient. Additionally it takes over a week to get results. It might be new, but I prefer to keep going to old trusty Sylvester across the street.
found several faculty members to be unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to questions or concerns. The lack of respect and communication made for a very frustrating experience. I expected much better from an institution with this reputation.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center Griffin Cancer Research Building. The level of organization and communication was far below what I expected from a leading cancer center. Long wait times, poor coordination between staff, and a lack of clear communication made an already stressful situation even worse. Wonderful medical professionals. Dr Jose Lutzky MD & Jeanelle King PA are Amazing! Great team work! My Ct Scan appointment went flawlessly as well the RN and the CT technician are very good at their jobs
