Nonexistent patient care skills. First appointment didn’t even take the time to ask questions about patient kidney health history. Rushed in and out. Patient started spilling protein, messaged doctor & it took 6 days to reply. Unacceptable. Decided to give the benefit of the doubt. Second just as disappointing. Rushed in & out, no meds prescribed for the high protein spilling for a month! Sent a message requesting orders for a blood draw over 2 weeks ago. STILL hasn’t responded. Moving on from this bad experience.
Dr. Barnes knows what he's talking about he's helped me a lot. He's very smart yet easy to talk to. I feel fortunate to have such a great team at the VA!
