I had a very difficult experience during my recent visit. I have significant dental anxiety, which I communicated beforehand when I called the office. I was assured that everything possible would be done to help me feel comfortable during my crown appointment. While there was a little more communication than at my previous visit, the overall approach did not make me feel supported or at ease.
