Almost every time we visit Dr. Hszieh's office, we come away with a good feeling. The office staff and the paraprofessionals always give us a good feeling despite the fact that we just went to a place most people dread visiting. Thank you for turning what could be a unpleasant experience into a pleasant visit.
Both of my daughters Mikayla & Hailey had appointments today for X-rays, exam & cleaning. Their was minimal wait time, the staff as always was courteous and professional, my daughters both feel at ease with the staff and the dentists. Another great appointment for my girls!

Great customer care. Friendly and welcoming staff. I hate dentist and actually avoided them for years but I'm relaxed under their care. Would reccomend them to everyone. In fact I did so today in my Facebook page

Wonderful as always
Dawn was amazing! I am one of this challenged persons when it comes to all things dentist. She has gotten me excited about taking care of my own teeth (don't judge me...) by setting goals and landmarks. I know this is important and necessary but we don't always do what is important and necessary for ourselves. I will do better and she made me feel as if I have my very own ccheerleader.
