Moved in a little over a month ago, nothing but a pleasant experience, very friendly community and Britney has made a pretty challenging time in my life very comfortable and seamless. Birgo really does go above and beyond to satisfy!
Very peaceful area. Swimming pool is a plus, on-site laundry room. Property Manager, Brittany is helpful and works with you on any issues, same for Chris, the Maintenance Man. I've been here for almost 20 years, started out in the apartment across the hall, needed 2 bedrooms, just so happened the apartment across was open, no problem and I wouldn't move from SylvanRidge foranything! The only thing I would say, I wish they'd put the number for your parking space back on the curb to make it easier to see, especially in winter ... read more
Can't say enough good things about this place! Brittany and chris are hands down the best. They show up on time no matter what you need or when. Highly recommend 10/10
Beautiful apartments
I really have no complaints so far, I've had a smooth and positive renting experience with Birgo Realty and I cannot speak highly enough of Brittany, the property manager. Although I have not needed maintenance yet as I've been here 8 months, the maintenance guy seems nice as I've briefly met him before. The roads are not the best but that's the fault of the township.
