It's terrible. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can leave. Management doesn't care about anything that happens and they're rarely on site. 99% of phone calls and messages go unanswered. When you DO get ahold of someone (Other than Brittany, she's very polite), they're rude and don't want to help. Residents park in the handicap spots and visitors spots constantly and management doesn't do anything about it. I moved here in the summer. Move in was very clunky & delayed from june 14 to july. Even then, I was assured the old carpet & dusty/dirty hvac would be cleaned that 1st weekend. HVAC hasn’t beed worked on,4 months in, couldn’t cool during the summer & i’m now in the cold. The old carpet was scrubbed but it retained the cat smells from previous tenant and spikes that poke painfully. My cats keep marking their territory- even I can strongly smell the previous animal tenants. I cannot unpack my clothes bc they retain the previo... read more

My fiancé and I had put in an application to live here, he paid the fee, and the application was approved. Now they will not return any of our phone calls.
