Where do I start on September 9th 2024. I had appointment at this clinic sylvan Medical Center. My appointment was at 11 AM. I arrived at 11:03 due to construction on Highway 20. I live an hour and 20 minutes away from Sylvan Lake. This is the only appointment that I had that day. I was a denied my appointment saying that I was late, and put down as a no-show.
