The rating is for the customer service and assistance that I received with the Director at this center. She was very patient and accommodating to get my 1st grader in the right program through Sylvan. I expressed my concerns and she delivered with grace to get my child on the right path to succeed. We’re excited and eager to start my child at Sylvan. Hoping for the best support and looking forward to my child to improve with confidence!
