I can’t thank Sylvan enough for the progress my son has made! He has had small gaps in his english since covid due to having to be online for his first 2 years of school. I did try another tutoring place, and at first they did help, but over time I noticed they repeated worksheets and my son ended up just tracing or remembering the work. My daughter has been attending sessions at the Northridge location for almost a year now and I have see so much positive improvement in her Reading comprehension and writing. Michele and the entire team there are wonderful to work with and I am so grateful for how much they have helped my daughter improve.

Sylvan provided the one-on-one attention to my child needed to catch up. They found the specific areas where my child was struggling and targeted those areas directly. The staff is caring and truly understands how to motivate kids. Highly recommend!
Wow, I can't believe this place is still here after 20 years. My mother brought me here when I was 12. I was struggling with reading and math. Thanks to Sylvan I was able find joy in reading and more importantly math, and have a successful career in accounting. Thank you again Sylvan for helping discover joy in learning
