Sylvan is a excellent program for your child. My son started in the 4th going to 5th grade. He was on a 1st grade level in math when he started Sylvan. He was never able to receive a passing grade in math. He is now in the 6th grade and his 10 week report card showed him receiving a "B" in math, This is his very first time passing a math class since 1st grade. I strongly recommend them.
