My sister has been going to Sylvan of Ames for about a month now. I’ve watched her go from hating school and fighting my parents to do her school work to being a pretty happy kid and reading in her spare time. I’m even interested in the ACT study program and hoping to use Sylvan in the future myself!
We are very happy with our Sylvan experience in Ames, IA. Our daughter was behind in math and she is not even halfway through and already gaining confidence and skills. We can’t wait to see her progress over the next month!
Our son has been going to Sylvan for about 2 months now and we have noticed a definite improvement in his reading and comprehension. The teachers have been wonderful with him and it helps that he genuinely enjoys going! :)
