I am very new to this dental office so this is only my 3rd visit, but yes, everyone is fantastic. Both the dental assistants and dentist are kind, helpful and very patient with me and all my questions. Every question was answered in a way that I could actually understand, not by using medical terminology, that I might not understand. When my Dentist, Dr. Mika came in, she told me what procedures she would be doing and how this may affect me. The staff are amazing!! I got my front tooth smashed in playing hockey, and they were unbelievably gentle… I’ve had some traumatizing dental experiences before and they were very understanding! Restored my faith in dentists. All my options were explained very well, I would highly recommend this dentist
They really took the time to work with me and understand my health conditions. They were so kind and thoughtful. They weren’t rushing me, they listened and asked all of the questions, went over all of my options in how to effectively handle my follow up. Everyone there was very friendly and fun! I’m looking forward to my next visit!
I was so grateful for Sylvan Lake Dental Centre fitting me in on an emergency this week. The staff were so friendly, kind, and accommodating. They made my dental experience feel stress free and easy. Their work was prompt and very affordable. Highly recommend and I think I will be switching dental clinics to make this my new home.
My experience over the years at Sylvan Lake Dental Centre have consistently been a positive experience. My hygienist- Kiara - took the time to check in on my general health and wellbeing and explained thoroughly what she was going to do during my treatment. All the staff are great people. I like that the centre is conveniently located on the lakeshore. 5 Stars ⭐️
