Had my contacts training today with Crystal and it was a good experience. I was expecting it to be as awful as my initial experience with the eye exam and pretty much everyone involved some weeks back. Went into this second appointment not expecting things to be any different, and left feeling not only surprised, but comfortable, informed and thinking I'll come back for further business as far as continuing my prescription contacts through Sylvan. "Dr" Guida and his staff botched my Dad's cataract surgery. Miss measured, had him go from surgery room back over to the office for measurement where his feet got tangled in the wiring under the table, back to surgery, then TRIED 3 lenses and left debris in his eye. Tore the retina. Blinded. Then tried talking around it and not taking responsibility for his actions. A close friend of the family had the same experience with Guida a few years earlier. Also blinded!
Great friendly place! Great experience. Would definitely recommend this place !
