Lived in two different communities so far with Sylo and if you wanna rent from someone they are an awesome company that always looks out for its tenants!! Shout out Hayden and Amanda
Our building has some pretty significant safety and security concerns that aren’t being effectively addressed. I would never ever recommend renting a place managed by this company or anyone affiliated with it.
SYLO is the best of the best! The level of customer service they provide is outstanding. Every time I’ve had a question or concern, the team has responded quickly and professionally. Their response time to work orders is impressive—issues are addressed timely and I really appreciate how attentive they are to maintenance requests.
