I lived at The Wiedler and they use the Door App for access to the building and units. I had access to a unit that wasn’t my own for months and months even when I told them I needed them to remove the access. I could have walked into this other resident’s apartment at any time and they didn’t care at all. I ended up talking to someone at corporate about this after I moved out and they tried to charge me a bunch of additional cleaning and painting fees and they were just as casual as the leasing team at Weidler about resident... read more
I lived at one of there properties in oregon city. They are horrible. I would not recommend. They try and scam you after you move out by charging for basic unit turn over things after 18 months of being a great paying tenant. They literally are trying to scam us by charging us for a carpet replacement on stair there own inspections did not say was damaged.
Property management and maintenance are both so fantastic. Juan is always so helpful and understanding when doing maintenance. Pamela is very sweet and understanding, always willing to help with issues and hear you out. I love this management!
