I lived in Alberta14 for almost 2 years. The building was routinely cleaned, and maintenance staff is responsive. However, the move-out and deposit process was frustrating. I spent many hours cleaning the unit thoroughly and even touched up the walls using the exact paint the management company provided. I have never wanted to review a property management company before - but Sylo is truly in a class all its own. The customer service is just fantastic. They are super responsive and helpful - big shout out to Amanda who managed our property and to Steven on the maintenance team!
I was interested in leasing at Annand Hill in Tigard. The website only has 5 stock photos. Gorgeous photos, but only 5. There are no photos of floorplans anywhere. There are no dimensions listed anywhere. I had to ask more questions than I wanted to, to find out information regarding the home, since there is no information on the website. This company manages Holmes Park in Oregon City. Originally to be sold as condos but no one bought so they turned them into rentals & it quickly became trash. No parking for residents so they are overflowing into established neighborhoods, and no place for the pets they allow so renters with dogs are using our private property as a dog park and toilet.
