They are always helpful and ready to assist with whatever we need to accomplish.
Nobody wants to pay power bills, just life but everytime I have had to call the utilities board for anything they have always been professional, respectful, and provided anything to help me.
We moved here from Jefferson County 2 years ago and didn’t realize how much we were paying in utilities until we moved here. I absolutely love Sylacauga utilities! Not only are they pleasant to talk to and we’re saving money but they have been super responsive when we’ve called. We’ve only had a couple of outages that were short and the power was back on fairly quickly.
