I was a new patient (my son) and after one visit to this office I will never return again. While the doctor is good the office staff is unbelievably rude and very impatient. Since the majority of time one spends in a pediatricians office is dealing with the staff the fact that both their front door/scheduling clerk as well as their insurance/payment clerk are so rude makes it an easy choice not to come back to this establishment. I really love Dr Rekha.. she is my favorite... She has done alot for my children! My oldest daughter is a diabetic.. If not for her we would not have caught it.. she is wonderful.. I am thankful for her.. The office sees alot of traffic and there is always gonna be sick children...no matter how busy they are, they always get her to feeling well... Thanks Dr Rekha and staff!!!!
The wait is too long and the place is always dirty. I took my daughter in a nd had to wait almost 3 hours before seeing anyone.
