I been there for 3 years had a few problems here and there with other folks but overall that have been helpful
They told us a trailer was there when it wasn't. Then wanted to over charge rent for a messed up junky trailer
They r good until that r I'll say he get mad and want answer no request then blocks u from able to pay rent. So he can evict u. And also don't make no kinda deal with him. Cause he don't do what he say
Great community. Alot of changes Since the new owner took over.
