This place is a joke. It has been since I moved in. They don’t never do anything for the people that lives here and they set up on the app to make you pay what they want you to make you pay on so say if your rent is 500 and say this week you can only do 400 and you wanna do 100 next week it won’t let you it has to be the full balance at one time if not, they charge you late fees, which is perfectly fine. I been there for 3 years had a few problems here and there with other folks but overall that have been helpful
They told us a trailer was there when it wasn't. Then wanted to over charge rent for a messed up junky trailer
