I never got a visit because Syed's staff never answers the phone and they don't respond to messages on the patient portal - so, no appt. He could be a great doctor, but I'll never know.

I had to make several trips over a few months to Texas Urology. The staff was well trained and very knowledgeable. A couple of times the waiting room was packed though my wait time was usually short. Dr Syed was very helpful and I felt at ease. This is coming from a guy that really feels uneasy in any medical facility.

Staff never answers the phone, and they don't respond to the patient portal.
I asked to show up 30 minutes early, which I did. This was for a 9AM appointment, so I can't imagine that he was already running that far behind. When I showed up, I was asked for my forms that I had filled out online. They told me that they do not get that information, so I had to fill the forms out again manually. This should have been communicated when the appointment was made. The blank forms were copies of copies and several questions were unreadable. Very informative. listens well.explains things so i can understands
The only problem is that I could not get my co-pay amount before the visit and that too after trying very hard to get it.

Dr is great but front office is the worse. Makes ur experience there terrible
I was having issues and Doctor Syed was able to see me quickly. He is very thorough and compassionate and takes his time explaining available options for treatments. I would highly recommend him.
