The doctor is fine but the worst support staff.
Visit was timely and professional throughout.
Starts out with horrible front office staff! Never answers calls or returns them! Doctor is a good at what he does but he is even horrible communicating!l

He was prompt and thorough with his explaining the process of examination while performing the cystoscope, then giving me a prescription for overactive bladder.
After a simple bladder and kidney stone removal, spent a month in the hospital trying to find the cause of kidney internal bleeding caused by the surgery. I had several major bleeds that endangered by life. I would recommend staying away from this doctor.
The hospital staff was very professional along with operating room personnel. Their performances were great and I felt conformable before and after the operation. Thanks
Office Staff does not return phone call I have left several messages to get Appt. No return call
Great bed side manner and answered all my questions and was able to get in for a procedure the following morning following my appointment. Not being able to leave a message on the phone system and having to wait on a return call after sending messages on website is annoying.
Office phone system will not let you talk with a live person. Will not return calls- never. Have never waited less than 90 minutes for my appointments. Seems they do everything for their convenience, not for patient care
