Going to seem petty but here is goes...I received a text at 7am on New years eve to confirm an appointment that was 15 days out. I was sleeping and this woke me up. I never saw the doctor and I recognize that it probably not their system but it is a system they're using and prospective patients do have choices. Might have been a great dude, I'll never know.
Hopefully, the stints will fix my issue. No problem with Jafri it is the clinic staff that is the problem. The phone goes to the answering service staff blames it on IT department no accountability here whatsoever. They need to realize patient care is their priority. The office administrator needs to step up and run the office
trustworthy and responds directly to questions.
Dr. Reddig was the worst doctor I've ever seen in my entire life. I suffered a concussion, and had to spend 6 weeks in a concussion clinic. Afterwards I saw Dr. Reddig to keep my migraines under control. There were months of failed attempts for relief, and no matter how many times I explained how I was feeling, Dr. Reddig decided that I was making my pain up. He told me that I 'need to see a psychologist, not a neurologist' because all of my pain is 'in my head'. I've never felt more uncomfortable and misunderstood in my lif... read more

Dr. Nazario is an excellent doctor. She always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and truly cares. My tests results are almost always in my patient portal within 24 hours which is calming for me. I wish to have her for my primary for the next 20+ years if she will take patients.
Dr. Nguyen has treated me and my wife for pain management. She doesn't just dump drugs on you and works with you in an understanding manner. After my open heart surgery, she got me on and off of some powerful drugs that didn't want to keep taking long term. My wife has cancer and Dr. Nguyen has helped her tremendously as well. She listens and works with you. I recommend her highly. She is the only reason I go to the College Park Specialty office.
I went with my husband to this very important appointment, as he has a long history of chronic pain due to an incompetent surgeon in 2010. His previous provider moved to another opportunity that better suited her needs. I myself am a provider and I have NEVER seen such unprofessional treatment of a patient. She was rude from the beginning, did not want to understand his history or ask questions at ALL. She made offensive statements and judgements, and basically said she would not help him at all. I should have read the reviews before seeing this doctor. As I stated my issues with my C & T spine, he said I don't treat that. I got up to leave. He got visibly angry. He practically yelled ' where are you going sir ' I said if you don't treat that there is no reason to stay' Honestly I'm not sure why I stayed. He then seemed to fixate on some appointments I missed. My husband and I were struggling to conceive. We went through a few procedures before we were referred to Dr. Starks. He was able to find the solution to our infertility which led to the blessing of my now 14 year old son. I highly recommend Dr. Starks!!
