Dr. Hasan is a good doctor but he seriously needs to implement better time management and staff!! Always running very behind, wait times are almost an hour before he sees you and it is hard to get someone on the phone to answer when calling the office. Staff is also rude.
Dr. Hasan is the nicest doctor on the planet! I had to find a doctor closer to me and had an insurance change, but when I was under the care of Dr. Hasan he would call me personally on the weekend to check on me. Just the nicest most caring doctor you could ever have! Highly recommend
Dr Hasan was nice, but the service has been horrible. I had an appointment over a month ago. I was told I would get a phone call to review my blood work after a week. I’ve left 5 voicemails over a 2 week span and haven’t heard back from anyone. Really disappointing. Makes you feel like a number.
Dr. Hasan is an outstanding doctor! He is very easy to talk to and really listens! He chooses the best treatment, explains everything clearly and closely monitors your health! He really cares! I got a gold star on my last visit! UPDATE 11/20/2024 The last time I went to see Dr. Hasan, I had a SPECIFIC complaint. He completely IGNORED my concern, did NOT address it at all, provided NO relief! Therefore, I am now LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR!
I called a month ago for an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Hasan. I was scheduled quickly, met with him and discussed my upper GI problems and had my upp endoscopy today. I was nervous but he said him and his team would take care of me and they did. He listens well and has a great personality and bedside manner. I'm recommending him to family and friends. Grwat experience all around.
