Unusually long wait times between sessions. Staff all very professional and good once they got to me.
Excellent service throughout.
My review of Dr. Zafar and his medical staff is excellent. I couldn't be happier with my care. However, the billing side of this operation is poor to say the least. I have already hit my out of pocket max and yet they keep threating to send me to collections. The main issue is they refuse to go back to BCBS to resolve the issue and expect me to do it which is ridiculous.
