Dr. Ahmad shared his personal cell with me for any eye concerns after hours. Wouldn’t you know it, I had complications to an eye infection on a weekend. He answered promptly and the matter was handled before it got out of hand. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmad.
Dr Ahmad met with me an hour into a bad eye injury at Plano medical city. His E.R. exam brought me a lot of comfort. He had me a follow up visit first thing the next Morning. Very Happy
Simply the best doc I have ever seen. His bedside manner was excellent. I had a minor procedure done and they took care of my anxiety and distracted me and it was quick and painless. I was so impressed. Love him
My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Syed Ahmad regarding a spot on my eyelid that was worrisome. Based on my recent history, dermatologist was concerned the spot was a basil cell. I was tense as a fence post when I walked in the door because I was afraid to hear the "C" word from a respected specialist. Dr. Syed put me at ease immediately with his kind manner. Unfortunately, I have not met Dr. Ahmad. I researched Opthamologist for months and finally chose this practice. I made my very first phone call and when the phone was answered, I briefly attempted to explain what I was looking for and had to give an overview of my eye situation to make sure I was callig the correct type of doctor. This person was condescending and uncaring, talked to me as if I were a child and constantly interupted.
