Sydnie did a wonderful job of coordinating literally everything involved in planning, repairing, fixing up, staging, showing, and selling my house. Having an agent who is willing to take on whatever you, as the owner, don’t want to take on is an immense help, and her contacts in the industry make everything simple and easy.
