Had family visiting from overseas and wanted to show them Sydney Harbour in a memorable way. The yacht was beautiful and the views were incredible. What stood out most was how responsive and knowledgeable the booking team was. They genuinely cared about helping us find the right boat rather than simply making a sale.
This was our first time chartering a boat, so we had a lot of questions. The team was incredibly patient and explained all the options, costs and inclusions clearly. There were no surprises on the day, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and the yacht itself was spotless. Would definitely use them again.
Booked a yacht for my birthday and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. We had a group of 18 people and weren't sure which boat would suit us best, but the team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and recommended the perfect option. The yacht was even better than the photos, the crew were professional and friendly, and everything ran on schedule. One of the best celebrations I've had in Sydney.
