Took my VX deluxe in for its 10hour service and was totally disgusted at the condition it was returned to me. The engine bay had approximately 40mm of oil in it as well as it looked like it had been filled up while the engine was on and the filler plug was off, spraying oil over everything. The gunnels are scratched from someone getting on it with hard shoes and full of grit. The tread pads are covered in oil and grease that will not come off. I’ve attached photos. Bought a new boat. Couldn't be happier with their level of support. Nothing was to difficult, through small modifications to even adjusting my trailer as needed. Hats off to Joe, Taylan and the rest of the team.

Got a boat of them 2 years ago. Boat was late. Not delivered when promised. Got my name wrong on the pick up day. Stuff put on the boat in the wrong spot, had to get them to change it. Couldn’t get am/fm radio with a splitter. They didn’t put the connections for the gme vhf on it or to me so was hard to figure out. Electric motor come loose which is standard but when I went to tighten it found they had drilled holes in the wrong spot then drilled out a washer to cover the holes.
