Patrick has exceptional knowledge of heritage style windows. He was also really helpful and informative starting from quotation, appointment making and on site visiting. He maintained a professional manner and his communication with us was great. He suggested us to avoid unnecessary replacement tasks even we ask him to do the quote before his visiting.
