Cannot speak more highly of the care and professionalism shown by Dr. Mary, Poppy and the other staff here. Based on my experience, patient comfort is a definite focus of the team, with a willingness to take the extra time and attention to achieve it. I will be back!
I wasn’t sure if I was at a dentist or a day spa! I came in a little nervous for two fillings, but Dr Thomas Vo and Poppy put me completely at ease. The whole procedure was pain-free, and Dr Vo kept checking that I was comfortable the entire time. The practice is professional and welcoming, and the front-desk team, Katherine and Sarah, and Practice Manager Katie, were so friendly and helpful from start to finish. Sydney Road Dental Care made what I expected to be stressful feel relaxing and easy. Highly recommend!
The teeth cleaning by Amir was excellent as usual. Following that, Dr Thomas Voo himself did a superb veneer colour rectification job of one upper very visible front tooth. Improved the whole look of my smile.
Dr. Vo is by far the best dentist on the Nth Beaches. His treatment is first-class, and his professionalism is incredible. I have never experienced such quality care from previous dentists and would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone.
I have been coming to SRDC for years. The practice each time stays up to date with the latest dental care and tech, something I notice. The dentists, hygienists and all reception staff are complete professionals and have a wicked eye for spotting oral health matters.
