Poor Service & Costly Oversights I brought my 2006 track-only bike in for a full pre-track inspection, expecting thorough work given the speeds involved (230 km/h). The initial service took 5 hours at $150/hr. After picking it up, the bike stalled during a stationary rev test. I returned it, and they diagnosed water in the tank and a blocked breather—another 3.5 hours billed to check the bike and flush the tank. Have been bringing my bike there for years. Been riding since I was 13 and now in my mid 60’s so I have a little experience with motorcycle mechanics. Can’t find enough good things to say about SMW and especially Nathan. They really look after the customer. Takes time to explain issues thoroughly, work is top and cost is very fair. Rob wixted
Good experienced mechanics and very fair prices. Always flexible abd happy to do simple to complex jobs. Took the bike up for a front tyre fitting and the guys quickly picked up bearing to be replaced and did it right then.. so good.
Great service, quick turn around.
