Worst place on campus to live. Lobby and hallways are always filthy. Someone smeared a Chipotle burrito all over the walls in the stairs and it hasn't been cleaned up, has been there at least a week. Walls on our floor are ripped up with insulation sticking out, nothing has been fixed since moving in in August. Multiple times I have seen maintenance staff sleeping in the study rooms. I have never even heard of a building that has management that is so unorganized, inconsiderate, and flat out lazy. I have lived here for a year and a half now and I can confidently say that I have enjoyed nothing about my experience with the leasing office. Maintenance does not do their jobs and can often be found napping in the study spaces. Terribly ran place with very few staff. The staff are rarely ever there to help with any problems. They are constantly having issues with people parking in their parking garage who don’t live there and they don’t do anything to fix it. They have no security. The maintenance guy is also no help and refuses to do anything about people trespassing and stealing parking spots. When I first moved in, I thought all the negative reviews weren't relevant anymore. At first everything went really smoothly and all the staff is really nice. The location is also perfect and maintenance usually fixes problems in a timely manner. However, things went downhill quickly. Our next door neighbor started a fire in the apartment that led to extreme water damage in most of the building.
