Absolutely disgraceful, service shocking from the rude receptionist right through. I was booked for 11am lucky I asked if there was a delay as the waiting room was so full and told that there was 1 1/2 hours delay. I had traveled for my appointment a phone call would have been good or even to be told when I arrived about the delay. Staff just didn't seem to care at all no communication at all as to what was going on. The medical care was good, however my experience at reception was unacceptable. My health insurance had already arranged the appointment, but after I had a minor surgical procedure on my eye (while I was in pain and vulnerable), the receptionist refused to let me leave until my insurer called her immediately to confirm payment. She treated me in a racist and discriminatory way, speaking to me rudely and making me feel unwelcome because I am latin and my insurance is not Australian.
