Absolutely horrible service. Bike was taken there after a minor accident. He held the bike for 11 months. Excuse after excuse. He even blamed a courier for stealing parts due to go in my bike. I received the bike back, at it was appalling. Fenders and tank were different colours and finishes. Tank logo was a sticker, that looked like it had been cut out by a child. Bike ended up at Harley Davidson to have his work repaired. Absolute worst service
Avoid this place. Had my bike for 5 weeks couldn’t even find the time do send a quote to the insurer! lie upon lie. I ended up picking it up and taking it elsewhere who had the quote sent off within 3 hours of it being there!
Deserve Zero stars, told him day 1 bike has starting & running issue (as well obvious crash damage) almost 3 Months of Lies & still hasn't charged battery & started my bike (Or Assessed it). He's waiting on price for Pannier apparently.. 🤬🤡.
Unfortunately due to my very sub par ability to ride a motorcycle I have dealt with this business more than once :( - I must give credit where credit is due, Andrew the new operations manager is in a different league to the prior manager, much more efficient and professional communication, significantly faster turnaround time, and an overall good experience in what was a difficult circumstance. Also much better looking and supported 2024 Mardi Gras with a support vehicle! Legend!
