I would not recommend anyone to go to this store. We took my wife's engagement in to have a small diamond on the side replaced. Somehow they ended up removing and chipping the main diamond. They then replaced that with a smaller and less clear diamond. Now the ring is visibly less appealing than it was before. The main diamond is set crooked and the prongs look like they just globbed random amounts of metal on to hold it in. It isn't even symmetrical on the left and right sides anymore.
