They get your equipment right in the shop, tear it down and diagnose problems quickly, then hold your equipment hostage for weeks finishing repairs. Instead of finishing one job and moving on to the next job, they work on multiple jobs and it takes longer to complete any of them. If there was another choice, I'd be there.
This used to be a really good place but they've recently changed a whole lot and I don't know what's going on there but their customer service is taking a dive. I hope they turn things around real soon cuz I'd hate to try to find another place to go
We purchased a riding lawnmower mower from here. Will never go back. When I went to deliver the check Travis was on a personal phone call and would not hang up- and I was standing in front of him with a check in my hand! Then, when we went back to look at a zero turn, Travis didn’t shake my husband’s hand or say hello to me. He talked to us with a mouth full of chew. He showed us a broken zero turn and then yelled at us and told us he didn’t care what we bought. If I could give this place minus stars, I would.
