Please read this review Recently added recycling!! Very exciting **added pics of what was the dumpster status. Was this way for a little over a week. The dumpster was completely full so people had to put their trash next to it but once it got collected no one cleaned up the stuff on the sides. Update: This issue has been going on for months. There is never a time where trash is not surrounding the dumpster. Many issues with this place. Currently I'm being overcharged 160 dollars even though I paid my electric early. Leslie f... read more
Fitz has been an absolute pleasure to work with from day one. He's responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Any time I've had a question or concern, he has taken the time to listen and help find a solution. Every maintenance request I've submitted has been completed quickly, which is something that can be hard to find these days. Whenever I've had an issue, I've felt respected and supported.
