I’ve been staying at this apartment for 5+ years. The new management in the last year or two has been making noticeable changes to make the community better for everyone. Has a nice gym and parks throughout the community. Safe, family friendly apartment complex!

To start these places have roach and bed bug infestations! I have visually seen the roaches throughout this place and heard from other tenants of bed bug problems despite them having a pest control person come. Sycamore Woods is a wonderful place to live. I am especially fond of the Community Manager Beatriz Valencia, who since take over has completely change the dynamic of feeling at home. She is awesome!
Since the management change and the addition of the new manager Bea, I have seen so many updates and significant changes. Management communicates clearly and sets expectations. Really happy with this team!
