RecommendedI have lived here for over a year, and have all but positive things to say about the community and my experiences here. The owners and property manager are all wonderful people who are willing to work with you to get you into the home you need. They are always available if an issue were to arise, and they are very prompt and polite when resolving the situation. If you are looking for a nice, quiet community that is affordable, this is the place! Thank you for blessing my family! Recommend!

We just moved in a month ago and it’s so quiet here the manager is awesome the maintenance gets on things very quickly !! Totally love it here!!
Neighborhood is nice but management is trash. Lived there for 14 months and went thru 3 different property managers. Moved out recently and was a disaster. All they want is money. You get robbed on your water bill every month. Pet policy in writing is one thing but they like to add to it verbally. Basically I was told thru my 15 year old daughter-if your dog barks, it’s considered viscous. Yeah, management said something to her and not me. I could keep going but I’ll stop. Don't believe those old men, all they do is lie.
Place will scam you out of money. Rip you off on water bills. The man in the green truck will stalk you and try and get you in trouble for every little thing. Also they charge you for dogs you dont have. Office managers are a joke. They will harass you till no end. Also the roads are so bad had to replace my whole front end in my truck 3 times in one year.
