RecommendedIt’s an amazing place to live ! The scenery is beautiful, you’re less than five minutes to the main gate of Fort Polk. The staff here are incredibly sweet And are quick to help if there’s an issue. It’s a very family friendly place to live ,there’s constantly people walking the trails and kids playing at the playground . Making this place feel so welcoming . You will definitely feel safe and at home here .

Pet friendly neighborhood with a $300 deposit beats me !
My soldier was there for less than one month before being deployed. Sycamore Point charged a $65 carpet cleaning fee and repairs for a light bulb and stove pans. Completely unjustified. Don’t rent here STAY AWAY!
Stay away. Soldiers are being treated so unfair. if you are deploying or retiring and don't have an exact date they are charging you for the next month. We are serving our country and they do Not Care. Charging you for cleaning your carpet even if your carpet is Clean. Charging you for cheap blinds that are torn when you sign the Lease. I am going to ask the CG to put this location on the Ban List. We need to stand together and protest this management until they Respect the ones that are keeping them Open !!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! Awful customer service. Employees are the rudest! BEWARE. Don’t waste your time and money.
Would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to ANY service member. They are not flexible nor understanding, they lie and steal!They SCREW soldiers over again and again. A year since my Husband and I moved out and they still screwing us, Complete BS! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
My house has flooded 3 times in the past two years. (Not weather related) Everytime our AC or heat kicks on, little paint chips fly out of our vents like confetti. We have a new baby so not being able to use our bathtub is an inconvenience. We wanted to stay in the same complex but move apartments but CORPORATE won't let us keep our lease so when we move our rent will go up.
