I currently have been here 2 years and Stephanie has been the WORST management I've ever encountered. This is the 2nd time my ac/heat unit has been faulty and she refused to assist. Claims she doesn't know what the procedure is when the tenant's electric bill is doubled due to faulty equipment. Refuses to call electric company because she "doesn't know what to say". Claims dogs are supposed to be registered however I know for a fact multiple tenants who have dogs, who have been around her and are NOT "support" dogs. As long ... read more
