Don’t move here!! Worst experience since before I moved in. - before I moved in I was told the apartment we wanted wasn’t available for an application but the manager at the time told us to apply for a different apartment and she would move our application over once the apartment we wanted was available for applications. Once time came for deposit and lease agreements, I noticed the apartment number never changed. We moved here and haven't really had any major issues. However, one of the main reasons we originally liked it here was because there was a lot of pretty trees. They are currently cutting them all down and now we have no shade and the landscape looks boring and drab with only small palm trees and cactuses. The apartments are pretty modern, all wood floor nice cabinets, spacious oven and fridge. The water heaters aren't very large and are still gas which makes the SDGE bill larger than other apartments with electric heater. S... read more
terrible living experience and situations the new manager is very rude and has trouble talking without giving attitude. i was in there asking some questions about moving out with my family and she rudely moved us to the side and started speaking with a different person. do not recommend at all so glad we left
Good place to stay, quiet and well taken care of, the only thing to be careful is when you move out they want the place to be spotless a normal wear and tear don’t exist to Mr.Arman Tafresnia just because dust is present in our unit he charge us for cleaning fee so the unit is ready for the next tenant. Such a scammed!! Mr. Arman need to get more experience in terms of leasing industry.
