My girlfriend and I just moved into Sycamore Hills Village, and we couldn’t be happier. The apartment itself is great, but the real deciding factor for us was Cindy. These apartments have gone down hill since the new management took over. The quality of employees and residents has declined while thr rent has rapidly increased. They've done a lot of destructive landscaping, things take forever to get repaired now, and everything declined. They won't even allow Christmas decorations!!! Also, because they are more concerned with lining their pockets my vehicle was stolen because they don't care about fixing the gate until after the fact. I highly recommend her services. She is outstanding, caring and empathetic. Sycamore Hills Village Apartments are beautifully maintained. The apartments are spacious and modern. I try to keep this short but the experience I had with Cindy was amazing. To begin her knowledge of the property to the detail was very impressive. She was so welcoming and kind. I've lived all over the country and lived in many apartment communities no property manager I've ever met holds a candle to Cindy.
